These Terms of Use govern your use of t4management.com (the Site), operated by T4 Management Inc. (we, us, our). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Our services

The Site describes the consulting and advisory services of T4 Management Inc.. Information on the Site is general and is not professional advice for your specific situation. Services are provided only under a purchased offer or a signed proposal.

Listed prices and custom quotes

Prices shown on the Site apply to our standard offers. Work outside those offers is quoted individually. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise. Scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms for custom work are set in a written proposal signed by both parties. Deposits and payment schedules are stated on the proposal and invoice.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Fulfillment and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site, including text, logos and design, belongs to T4 Management Inc. and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Deliverables created for a client are governed by that client's proposal or agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, T4 Management Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
